Which plan should I choose?

The plans differ only in volume, not in features — every tier includes the full REST API, bulk sending, chatbot flows and unlimited API keys. So the question is how many WhatsApp numbers you need to run and how many messages you send a month:

  • Starter (2 WhatsApp sessions, 5,000 messages/month) one number and low monthly volume
  • Business (5 WhatsApp sessions, 20,000 messages/month) several numbers, or a brand sending steadily
  • Enterprise (Unlimited WhatsApp sessions, Unlimited messages/month) agencies and teams running numbers for multiple clients

If you are unsure, start on the smallest paid plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, so you can move up the moment you hit a limit rather than paying for headroom you are not using.

What changes between plans

Five limits scale with the plan. Everything else is identical across all tiers:

  • WhatsApp sessions — each session is one connected number
  • Messages per month — every recipient of a bulk send counts as one
  • Stored contacts — the size of the list you keep in the dashboard
  • API calls per month — a bulk request counts as one call, not one per recipient
  • Chatbot flows — separate keyword-triggered reply sequences

What the free trial includes

Every new account starts on a 7-day trial with 100 messages and 1 WhatsApp session. No payment method is required to begin, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.

When you reach a quota

Requests beyond your monthly allowance return HTTP 429. Nothing is sent silently and nothing is billed as overage — the call simply fails until you upgrade or the cycle resets. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so a blocked send can be retried straight after.

Cancelling, and the refund guarantee

Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee: if the service is not right for you within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email support for a full refund, no questions asked. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time after the guarantee window.

Payment methods

Billing runs monthly through PayPal, which handles the checkout and your invoices. Annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper than paying monthly for the same plan.
