Refund Policy

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@wasaas.org for a full refund — no questions asked.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day guarantee period.

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

To request a refund, email us at support@wasaas.org with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
