By accessing or using wasaas.org ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

wasaas provides a cloud-based WhatsApp messaging platform that allows businesses to send and manage WhatsApp messages via API, manage sessions, and view analytics.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, illegal content, or messages that violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
